How it works

From brief to delivery, in five steps.

Every Branton order follows the same process, whether it is a few dozen shirts for a team or a company-wide apparel program. You get one point of contact, a free mockup, a written proof, and a firm in-hands date before anything goes to production.

Color swatch fan, embroidery thread spools and a blank proof sheet on a work table.

Process

The five steps

  1. 1.

    Brief

Tell us what you need, how many, for whom, and the date it must arrive. A short call or an email is enough.

  2. 2.

    Mockup

You receive a free digital mockup of your logo on the product within 24 hours of sending your artwork. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. If you only have a low resolution logo, we can have it redrawn.

  3. 3.

    Quote and proof

You get a written quote with per-unit pricing, setup costs, shipping and an in-hands date, followed by a production proof showing colors, placement and size.

  4. 4.

    Production

Production starts after you approve the proof. Your order is produced by a vetted decoration partner matched to the method and volume, and checked before it ships.

  5. 5.

    Delivery

Orders ship to one address, many addresses or individual recipients anywhere in the United States, with tracking.
