Ordering
- What is your minimum order?
- There is no fixed minimum. Minimums vary by product, and many apparel items start at 12 pieces. We plan programs of every size, up to company-wide runs of 20,000 pieces and more.
- Do you handle large orders?
- Yes. We handle orders from a few dozen pieces to company-wide programs of 20,000 pieces and more. Large runs can be split across production partners and shipped in waves to keep your date.
- How do I get a quote?
- Send the item, quantity, decoration and in-hands date through the contact page or to hello@brantonpromo.com. You receive a free mockup and a written quote.
- Is the mockup free?
- Yes.
- What happens if something is wrong with my order?
- If the error is on our side, we reprint or refund the affected items at no cost. Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. See the Branton Guarantee for details.
Timing
- How long does production take?
- About 10 business days after proof approval for most items, plus shipping. Rush is available on select items, and very large runs are scheduled at quote. See How it works for details.
- Can you meet a tight deadline?
- Often, yes. Share your in-hands date first and we will confirm what is possible before you approve.
Decoration and products
- Which decoration method should I choose?
- Screen printing is usually the best value for larger quantities with a few colors. Embroidery suits polos, outerwear and hats. Direct to garment and heat transfer suit full color art and smaller runs. We recommend a method in every quote. See our decoration guide for details.
- Can you match our brand colors?
- Yes. Send your PMS colors and brand guidelines and they are matched on the proof.
- What artwork files do you need?
- Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) are preferred. High resolution PNG files of 300 dpi or more are accepted. If you only have a low resolution logo, we can have it redrawn as a vector.
- Can you embroider our logo?
- Yes. Logos are digitized into an embroidery file before production, and small details are adjusted so they stitch cleanly.
- Can you add individual names to shirts?
- Yes. Names and numbers can be added to each piece, including on large screen printed orders.
- Which brands do you offer?
- We source from major apparel and product brands. Tell us your preferences or budget and we will shortlist options.
Shipping
- Do you ship nationwide?
- Yes, to any address in the United States.
- Can you ship to many addresses or to remote employees?
- Yes. Send a list and we ship individually with tracking, or in bulk to each location.
Programs and stores
- Do you offer company stores?
- Yes. We set up and manage stores on an established platform so employees, managers or locations can order approved items.
- Can you assemble kits?
- Yes. Kits are assembled to your spec and shipped to individuals or in bulk.
Payment
- How do I pay?
- Orders are paid in full before production. Net 30 terms are available for established repeat clients.
