Race shirts are usually ordered in the hundreds or thousands with sizes taken from registration. Choose a performance tee for runners or a cotton tee for walks, put sponsors on the back, close size selection before you order, and pack by size so packet pickup moves fast.

Fabric

Polyester performance tees wick moisture and suit runners. Cotton or cotton blend tees are softer and cost less, and suit walks and family events. Performance tees need inks made for polyester.

Sizes from registration

Add a size question to registration with a deadline, then order those counts plus a small buffer for late sign ups. Include youth sizes for family events.

Sponsor logos

Sponsors usually go on the back, grouped by level. Collect vector logos early and set a deadline; one late logo can hold up the whole print run. Use one ink color for all sponsor logos to keep cost down.

Packing for pickup

Shirts packed and labeled by size make packet pickup faster. For team based walks, we can pack by team with names on each bag.
